However, we cannot be held liable for any loss incurred through the unauthorized access of your data by a third party when accessing our website.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB cards. You may also checkout using your Amazon account using any of the payment options that they provide.
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you promptly via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
Given the amount of orders we process each day, the availability of any merchandise on the site is always subject to change. The best way to stay up to date on new arrivals, promotions and sales is to sign up for our newsletter.
Sales tax is determined by the shipping address entered at checkout, and at present only applies to residents of New York. Sales of clothing valued less than $110 will not incur sales tax; sales totaling more than $110, as well as all shoes, accessories, lifestyle products, etc. will incur the 8.875% sales tax.
Sales tax will not apply to the purchase of gift cards; however, sales tax will be charged when the gift card is redeemed.
odd92 does not include duties and taxes for international orders in the total at checkout; however, customs and import duties may be levied by your local government, and can range from 20-40% of your order value. You are responsible for paying all such additional fees, please consult your local customs agency for more information or email us at email@example.com.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. You will receive a second email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number and carrier information. For any questions regarding the status of your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or reply to your order confirmation.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, item(s) can be returned within 14 days of the delivery of your order for a refund, exchange or store credit (valid for one year from issue). The cost of shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is not covered by odd92. Shipping for exchanges is complimentary for one exchange per order subject to inspection of the condition of the original item being exchanged.
Gift cards, preorders, swimwear, socks, fragrances, and items marked 'FINAL SALE' are not returnable.
ARRANGE A RETURN
Before returning your item(s), please email email@example.com with your account information, order details, reason for return, and whether you would prefer a refund, exchange or store credit. If you choose store credit, odd92 will email a credit for the dollar amount corresponding to the value of merchandise returned.
Once you have purchased a gift card from odd92, you will receive a code via email and a physical gift card will be shipped to you or the recipient of your choice. You can use your gift card at our store located at 276 Grand Street in Brooklyn, NY or on our web-store using the code emailed to you or printed on the back of the physical card.
